Thus:

• There will be no insurance, medical and / or ambulance services: each runner is responsible for himself.
  The Hospital del Mar is very near, but you never know  so you better be sure that you are physically fit and that you are capable to run 10km.
• The road is not cut off to traffic: you have to respect the traffic laws, your own safety and that of third parties, especially in the last part as there will be a great concentration of runners in the last section before the finish line. So be very careful with pedestrians and other runners.
• The organizers are not responsible in ANY way of any damage, problem or harmful event that can occur to you or that you can cause to others: you are the sole and the full responsible for everything that can occur during the race, during the preparation of the race or immediately after the event.
• You declare that you are 18 or older.
• Your data will be stored by us to be used later in our events/activities and will be shared with our partners and sponsors.

• La carretera no está cortada al tráfico: hay que respetar las leyes de tráfico, tu propia seguridad y la de terceros, especialmente en el último tramo, ya que habrá una gran concentración de corredores en la última parte antes de la meta. Así que tenga mucho cuidado con los peatones y otros corredores.
• Los organizadores no se hacen responsables en NINGUNA manera de cualquier daño, problema o hecho lesivo que pueda ocurrirte o que tú puedas ocasionar a otros: tú eres el único y pleno responsable de todo lo que pueda ocurrir durante la carrera, durante la preparación de la carrera o inmediatamente después del evento.
• Declaras que tienes 18 años o más.
• Sus datos serán almacenados por nosotros para ser usados más adelante en nuestros eventos / actividades y serán compartidos con nuestros socios y patrocinadores.
